I myself didn't manage to stick to the diet and forgot to only eat when I was hungry. I think the hardest rule was to always eat consciously since it doesn't account for people who have a hectic lifestyle and have to rush breakfast and lunch. I still have the book in sight and intend to give it another shot in the next few months or so. Hi Louise
