The temptation was too great. Every diet that I have been on I have always obsessed about whether through the night I have miraculously lost a few pounds.
I even was that curious that I went and got the scales from the wardrobe and jumped on them, feeling like I shouldn’t be doing it. Anyway 3 pounds less… so something could just be working.
Afterwards I quickly put them back into hiding and I have promised myself that I will wait until the 3 weeks are up before I weigh myself again.
