		<description>I am one of the biggest sceptic&#039;s on the planet and have to see hard facts to really believe anything. This book is brilliant. It has totally changed my attitude towards food and I now eat totally different. I am hardly ever hungry. I have started to understand what I am feeling and noticing the difference between real hunger and emotional hunger. Early days i know but I have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks!</description>

The best thing about this diet is that I can eat whatever I want.  I actually had pie and chips and fish and chips on one day last week and still continued to lose weight. 4. If I am not certain whether or not I am hungry I drink a glass of water.  If I still feel hungry, then I guess I am and follow steps 1 to 3.

It is not always easy to follow these points in the early stages and I guess those who have found the book unhelpful, more than likely have not followed the rules too well</description>
