Week 1 Nearly Over
Published by Diet Trials January 16th, 2006 in Inspiration, Week 1I can’t quite believe that the first week on the Paul Mckenna diet is nearly over, it’s now Day 6. Normally on a diet, and most recently it has been the Atkin’s diet, I have found that the first week is normally the hardest. This week has been surprisingly enjoyable and relatively easy. It certainly helps writing about my experiences and hopefully sharing what I am going through with others in a similar situation.
I’m looking forward to the second Paul McKenna show tonight that i’ll have to watch once I come back from doing my radio show, StrikePoint. Hopefully Paul McKenna will fill me once again with inspiration and teach me some new visualisation techniques.

I’m looking forward to having another dose of Paul Mckenna tonight. I need a boost. I find that when he talks he could be telling me anything, but he almosts gets me into a trance. Does anyone else find that?

Well done for nearly getting through the week–the w/e’s are really hard because of the lack of Monday to Friday routine.I’m sure by the time you watched the show on Monday night you would feel again very motivated.Keep it up and I shall continue to watch your progress.Be positive and you will succeed!!
response to week 1

louise
keep it up paul !!!!
That’s great news Louise. What I have found is that you have to find a way to keep your motivation up so that you do not slip into old habits. If friends and family join you on the new lifestyle change then it does help. Best of luck with the diet.
