Isnt' conscisousness about attending to whatever it is you are doing? Not a criticism, jut wondering. I only just saw McKenna while I was channel surfing and wanted to find more about him. The channel he is on doesn't make it clear how often and when the show is on. It's wierd that he doesn't seem to have a website, and when I googled I came up with this. I don't even know what a blog is; but if someone can tell me where to find a book in the U.S. or when the shows would be on that would be great. I am not sure how you end up allowing yourself to become bed ridden due to obesity but it does happen. Hope you stick to the diet and you achieve your target weight.
