Day 11 Starts with a Hangover
Published by Diet Trials January 20th, 2006 in Week 2Today I know I am going to struggle to get through the day without eating food when I’m not hungry. Last night I went out to the pub… didn’t drink a huge amount… but this morning I am suffering. Perhaps it is the case because normally I would have more food in my stomach to soak up the lager rather than my small meal that I ate before going out.
The craving for a big bacon sandwich may end up getting the better of me today so I may have to do some tapping to try to stop myself. Hopefully after a few cups of strong coffee I will get back to normal and regain my enthusiasm.

Wow,youv’e actually made it to Day 11 and very well done–it must help to write about your ups and downs too!As with any life changing experience one does always suffer highs but also lows. Keep focused but beware the dreaded weekend and change in routine.
Yes the weekend has come around all too soon for me. I will have to get a plan to keep me occupied and my mind off food.

Thought preparation for the routine you hope to follow is showing determination and a positive attitude! You need to plan the weekend, be aware of the pit-falls and successfully manoeuvre around any temptations as much as possible.But we are all only human afterall.GOOD LUCK
