I have been so demotivated by not seeming to manage to lose enough weight that I have really given up and tried to convince myself that actually I am ok!! But what a great idea to give a kick start and shed some pounds and see it happening quickly with the atkins diet then revert back to Paul. Can’t believe you’ve lost more than 4 pounds in 3 days–absolutely fantastic.
