I have a problem with my weight because I take a lot of medication. This is the list of the medicines I take each day:
01 Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets 100 micrograms
02 Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets 50 micrograms
03 Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets 25 micrograms
04 SODIUM VALPROATE Epilim®CHRONO® 200 micrograms
05 Ferrous Sulphate 200mg Tablets
06 Ramipril Capsules 10mg
07 Omeprazole Capsules 40mg
08 Amlodipne Tablets 10mg
09 Aspirin 75mg (Gastro-Resistant Tablets)
10 Kapakr 15mg/500mg CO-CODAMOL
11 Simvastatin Tablets 40mg (Calendar Pack)
13 Nitromin Spray 400mcg
14 Peptac Liquid (aniseed) 500ml
I go swimming but can not walk very far. Can I take these Capsiplex and would they help me to get fit?

to flush those extra stones ?
don’t get too greedy with those diuretics/water tablets.
i think the term should be anti-constipation tablets ..maybe..
there are so many diets out there,try one, be diligent, be persistent
be pacient, resist temptations !
